Best Practices for Optimal Email Marketing

As email volumes escalates, it's important to focus on the best practices that affect deliverability: sender reputation, bounce management and authentication. For newbie technology marketers it can be a daunting task to keep pace with the latest best practices. However, there's always room for improvement or to start with the basics.

Here're the list of action points to optimize your email marketing:
  1. Use signs or logo to bring in trust factors
  2. Design HTML email for browser based email clients, and Outlook 2007
  3. Best to avoid nesting tables, CSS, Scripts, Flash, etc.
  4. Always use ALT tags for every image
